There shall be a Health Retreat for all Local church and District Health leaders on 15th June 2014 at Libala SDA church. The retreat will start at 0830 hours.
There shall a meeting for all Spirit of Prophecy and Publishing Leaders on 8th June 2014. The meeting will start at 0800 hours and shall be held at Libala SDA church
There will be a Muluse Zone Campmeeting review on Monday the 26th of May 2014. The meeting will start at 08.30 Hours CAT. All elders and Campmeeting commitees from local churches to attend
There will be a District Dorcas Workers Council on Sunday 1st June 2014. The meeting will start at08.30 hours CAT. All Dorcas workers to attend
There will be a District Youth Council Meeting on 25th May 2014 at Chainda SDA church. The meeting will start at 0900 hrs. All Youth, Ambassador,Pathfinder, Adventurer leaders and their entire executives to attend with reports
There will be a District Youth Music fellowship at Chainda SDA Church on June 8th of June 2014. All Youth singing bands to be come. Invitations are also extended to none churched and non SDA youth. Each singing band to come along with not less than 5 non SDAs
There will be a Lusaka Conference AMO Council on 25th of May 2014 at Libala SDA church. All AMO Executive members to attend
There will be a VOP and PM Evangelism Seminar at Chainda SDA church on Sunday the 18th of May 2014. All PM leaders, VOP leaders to attend including Elders in charge
There will be a District Dorcas Extra Ordinary meeting on Saturday the 17th of May 2014 at Avondale SDA church. The meeting will start at 1400 hours CAT and will be chaired by the District Pastor. To attend are the following,

There will be a Lay Preachers Seminar from 24th to 28th June 2014 at Chilongolo Farm. To attend are the following;
1. All those that have done Beginners and Intermidiate levels
2. All those who have done level

There will be Mass baptism ceremony on Saturday the 10th of May 2014. This will be done as a culmination and ending of the CITY IMPACT CRUSADE that has been running for the past 2 weeks. All churches with candidate to be at the government complex by 08 00 Hrs CAT
There will be a Women Week of Prayer from 7th to 14th June 2014. Speakers will be assigned to churches from the District Pastors office. First Elders to submit reports at the end of the week of prayer
There will be a Health Expo at Chainama SDA church on the following sundays, 27 April, 4th May and 11th May 2014. All are welcome for free screening of various ailments
This is to inform all churches in the district that the Pastors office has moved from Moono's area in Chelston to Chainda SDA church. All those seeking the services of the Pastor should endeavour to meet him at this new premise
Kindly note that the District Pastor shall be out of office until Monday the 12th of May 2014.
The Imapct City Crusade is currently running at the Government Complex in Lusaka everyday from 1700 to 2000 hours CAT. The crusade ends on 10th May 2013 with a mass baptism at a venue to be announced. The speaker is Dr. Pardon Mwansa from the General Conference. Gideonites to continue with the invitations.

There will be a Zambia Union Religious Liberty Congress from 8th to 11th September 2014. To attend are all lawyers and other interested parties. For details regarding venue, registration and congress fees, kindly contact the Pastors office
There will be a Dorcas Zone Council Meeting at Libala SDA church on Sunday the 13th of April 2014. The meeting will start at 0900 Hrs CAT. To attend are all Dorcas workers
Sabbath 19th of April has been set aside for Publishing and Ministry through books. All churches need to observe this day. Coordinators and speakers will come from the Pastors offuice through the District LE Leader. Lets support the programmme
All churches are to use new reporting templates and NOT old ones. First Elders are asked to pick the forms from the Pastors office
All churches are to put thier membership records for quarter one on soft copies using CDs and hand them to the district Pastor by Wednesday the 16th of April 2014. Clerks and First elders to send the records to the Pastor
First Elders are requested to submit names of Child Preachers attending the Child Preachers seminar at Libala to the Pastors Office by Monday 14th April 2014. Ecah church to submit not less that 2 names. All transport arrangements will be handled by individual churches
There willl be a Child Preachers Seminar from 25th to 28th April 2014 at Libala Church from 0830 to 1300 Hours CAT on the said dates. Participation fee is K100 per child and deadline for payments is 18th April 2014. Each church to sponsor at least two Children. Payments to be made at the Pastors office
There will be an Impact Crusade meeting on Sunday the 30th of March 2014 at Libala SDA church starting at 1400 Hours

Saturday the 5th of April 2014 has been set aside by the General Conference as Day for Prayer and Fasting in all SDA congregations. The fast hinges on the following,
1. Praying asking for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit to reveive the Church
2. Praying for the Spirit to awaken the church in Evangeism

Youths making descions for baptism during the Youth Week of Prayer need to be prepared for baptism on 29th of March 2014. All youth leaders need to send a report to the Pastors office

There will be a District Council meeting on Sunday the 30th of March 2014 at Chainda SDA church starting at 0830 Hours. All district leaders will present quarterly reports in the meeting
There will be baptism on 29th March 2014 at Oleander Lodge in Avondale starting at 1300 Hours CAT. All churches to continue preparing the those in the Fishers of Men Class (Happy Class)
The Lusaka Conference Chief Finance Officer will be meeting all Loacl Church Auditors at Chainda Church on Saturday the 15th of March 2014 at 1600 Hours CAT. All Elders in charge of treasurers and Auditors and all Auditors to attend this important meeting
There will be a music seminar for for all music directors and song leaders at Libala SDA church on 12th March 2014 starting at 0900 hours. Each church to send participants
There will a Children's Ministries Seminar on Sunday the 2nd of March 2014 at Chianda SDA Church. The meeting will start at 0830 hours. All Children ministries committees and elders in charge to attend the meeting
