There will be a Year End Seminar on Sunday the 21st of December 2014 at Chainama SDA Church. The seminar will start a 08:00 to 13:00. Those to attend are;

There will be a Lusaka conference Evangelism Review and Planning meeting on 14th December 2014 at Libala SDA church. The meeting will start at 09:00 hours. To attend are the following

There will be a Lusaka Conference Youth Council on 30th November 2014 at Lusaka Central Church. The meeting will start at 08:30. All District Youth Leaders to attend without fail. Dress code for the meeting must be strictly followed. (All in appropriate Uniform)

There will be a convetion for all Proffesional SDA teachers from 17th to 21st December 2014 at Hilcrest Technical School in Livingstone. Registration fee is K250. Each congregation in Avondale district to sponsor two teachers. (One Male and one female). For more details contact the District Pastor
Church clerks from Tunduya,Chainda West and Chainda to meet the District Chairman on Saturday the 15th of November 2014 at Chainda SDA at 1300. the Clerks need to come with laptops and hard copy registers
All clerks and elders in charge of clerks to meet the District Pastor on Saturday the 8th of November 2014 at Chainda SDA church. The meeting will start at 1400 hrs. Each church to come with the following

There will be District Youth Executive and Youth Council meetings at Avondale SDA on Sunday the 9th of November 2014. The Youth Executive will start at 09:00 hours whilst the Youth Council will start at 10:00 hours.
To attend are all youth leaders at local and district level
Chainama SDA Church is inviting SDA and Non SDAs to a one week Health Expo with Proffesor Walter Veith of South Africa from 29th November to 7th December 2014. The meetings will be starting at 17:30 hours to 20:00 hours every evening. May churches members in the district invite people to the series. For details contact Elder Kaputula on 0950 201288
There will be ASI meetings from 3rd to 6th December 2014 for all Adventist business men. The meetings will be held at Mika Hotel. Each delegate to pay K1,500. For more details contact the District Pastor

In September to October 2014, Avondale Mission District held four crusades were 107 souls were won to Christ. In view of the same, there will be an Evaluation meeting on Sunday the 9th of November at 2014 at Chainda SDA church. The meeting will start at 09:00 hours. To attend are the following;
1. All PM, SS leaders
2. All Interest coordinators
3. All AMO, Dorcas and Youth Leaders

There will be a District Prayey and Fasting day on Sunday the 16th of November 2014. The prayers will be held at Chainda SDA church. Prayer programme will start at 09:00 hours
To attend are all prayer ministry leaders and Elders in charge from all churches
Sabbath the 6th of December 2014 has been set aside for stewardship emphasis in all churches. May church Elders pick materials for the day in question from the Pastors office.
Avondale mission district conducted two crusades in the months of September and October at Chainama,NRDC,Waterfalls and Avondale grounds respectively. 107 souls were added to God's kingdom
This serves to inform all churches that the bapstism contribution at Oleander lodge has been increased from K10 to K15 per candidate. May participating churches in future baptisms plan accordingly
In view of the district standing that there will no church elections in 2014, the district in consultation with the Dis trict Pastor will review each office and replace those that have not been consistent in performing district obligations. Ratification will be conducted in the District CPC and Council respectively. Churches will not conduct elections as well but have the liberty to review some offices too.
Avondale Mission District is currently running two crusades. One is at waterfalls where the district leader Pastor Chiyangaya is the main speaker. The other one is being held at Avondale SDA church. Three churches Avondale, Chainda and Chainda west are supporting the crusade. The speaker is Ev Solochi.
In view of the crusade ,may the three churches Avondale, Chainda and Chainda West gather at Avondale SDA church grounds where the crusade is taking place on Sabbaths of 25 October and 1st November 2014
All churches with baptism candidates need to prepare for the ceremony on Saturday 25th October and 1st November 2014. For baptism of 25th October, may churches with candidates contact the district chairperson Elder Chibomba on 0969 449 449 on Saturday the 25th of October before 1000 hrs.
Baptism candidates for 1st November need to gather at Avondale SDA church on the material day before 1000 hours enroute to NorthMead school. Each church needs to organise its own transport and a baptism pool contribution of K5 per candidate.
All district leaders who missed the 2015 District Planning meeting two weeks ago need to submit their plans before Sunday the 26th of October 2014. The pland must be submitted to the district chairperson Elder Chibomba.

There will be a District Pathfinder council on sunday the 26th of October 2014 at Chainda SDA church. The meeting will start at 0830 hours. All ocal church Pathfinder staff need to attend. There will also be an Investiture ceremony on 15th November 2014 at a venuw to be announced.
There will be an AMO extra ordinary meeting to be held at Avondale SDA church on Saturday the 25th of October 2014.The meeting will start at 1400 hours. All local leaders need to attend.The meeting has been called to prepare for the soon coming AMO rally
The Pastor Appreciation Day will be held at Avondale SDA Church on Saturday the 11th of October 2014. The programme will start at 1400 hours. All ordained Elders and their spouses need to attend. In attendance will be the Conference President
All District leaders and Serving Elders are to attend a District Leaders 2015 Planning Symposium at Avondale SDA Church. The meeting will start at 0900. All leaders need to submit plans for 2015 which will be consolidated in the 2015 Avondale Mission District Budget
The conference Music Conference will be held from 19th to 24th of October 2014 at Muluse camping site. All choirs need to prepare. Participation fee is K70

Tunduya SDA church from Central Zambia Conference has been moved to Lusaka Conference and consequently to Avondale Mission District. The transfer ceremony was held at Tunduya SDA church on Saturday the 4th of October 2014.

In readiness for the teachers convention to be held in Livingstone this year, there will be a Teachers meeting on Sunday 2nd August 2014 at Libala SDA church. the meetimng will start at 0900 hours CAT. All proffesional teachers should attend
There will be a Conference Evangelism Evaluation meeting on Sunday 3rd August 2014 at Lusaka Central Church hall. The meeting will start at 0900 Hours CAT. To attend are the following,

2. All local church Evangelism/PM and Sabbath school leaders

All church clerks and Elders in charge to meet at Chainda SDA church on Saturday 2nd August 2014 at 1400. This is a very important meeting. Each church to be represented
All churches to intensify in preparing the Fishers of Men classes in readiness for baptism. Classes need to bring on board VOP lessons
Sabbath of 9th August 2014 has been set aside for Camp Meeting emphasis in all local churches. Speakers will be sent from the Pastors office to all churches
There will be a District Communication Secretaries Symposium on Monday the 7th of July 2014. The meeting will be held at Chainda SDA Church and will start at 0830 Hours CAT. To attend are all Communications Secretaries from local churches. Each participant to come with a lap top. Internet connectivity will be provided
There will be a meeting for all church clerks on Saturday the5th of July 2014 at Avondale SDA church. The meeting will start at 1400 Hours CAT. The meeting will be attended by all clerks and Elders in charge of clerks from local churches. Each church to come with a register, laptop and a blank CD.
The Avondale Mission District Youth Technical Committee meeting working on the Youth Federation Constitution to meet at Avondale SDA Church on Saturday 5th July 2014 at 1300 hours.
There will be an enterpreneuship seminar at Chinama SDA church on 29th June 2014 from 0800 to 1600. To attend are all church members.
There will be a Lusaka Conference Evangelism meeting on 29th June at Kabwata SDA Church starting at 0830 hours. To attend are;

Third and Fourth quarter study guides are ready in English, Lozi, Tonga and Bemba. Teachers edition are also available. Its K23 and K35 for each respectively
There will be a Literature Evangelists Institute from 6th to 12th July 2014 at Emmanuel school in Chisamba. Its K85 per delegate. This is only for registration and transport. ALL LEs to attend
